The center also deals with educational assessments, resources and facilities for learners. The Philosophers of Clementina PHOCLEMS is a model school that offers both primary and early childhood education. The Centre also deals with activities and services surrounding Children with and without Special Needs in Education. Under the Special Needs Education Magazine, PHOCLEMS deals with the following categories:

• Children with Pervasive Developmental Disorders:  Autism spectrum disorder
